This paper defines the binding Terms of Use (“Terms”) for the website peizhicong.com (the “Website”).

peizhicong.com owns and runs this Website, referred to as “the Seller”, “we”, “us”, “our” throughout the policy.

A “Customer” (“you”, “your”) means an adult natural person acting for personal non-commercial use, who enters into a contractual agreement with the Seller.

A Product is any merchandise the Seller offers for sale online.

An Order refers to one or more Products purchased by the Customer through the Website following the steps and rules laid out in this document.

These online Terms of Use issued by peizhicong.com govern all contracts and legal relationships between the Seller and Customer related to Website access and online product transactions.

If you submit an incorrect email address, peizhicong.com cannot send order confirmations or shipping updates to you.

Once orders are fully confirmed, they will be processed and dispatched from our logistics warehouse within 5–12 working days. The Seller will email customers to notify them of any delays or delivery adjustments.

Packaged orders will be shipped to the Customer’s submitted address only if the address is complete and error-free.

All risk of product loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery completion by the courier.

For orders shipped to non-EU destinations, the Customer takes full responsibility for all import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.

All Website prices are listed in Euro, excluding VAT and delivery fees. All return shipping costs are the Customer’s sole responsibility. Total purchase amounts are displayed in your shopping cart and post-order confirmation emails (see Section 2).

The Seller reserves the right to adjust online product prices without prior notice. The price valid at the moment you place your order will apply to your contract.

6. Complaints Handling

 Allowed Minor Product Differences

Customers acknowledge that slight variations in quality, dimensions, colour, finish and other cosmetic traits are standard within the jewellery industry and do not qualify as valid complaints. Claims based on such minor differences or product removal from the Website will not be accepted. The Seller will not cover damages stemming from these variations or catalogue removals. Customers agree to fully cooperate with the Seller in the event of a product recall.

The Seller is legally obligated to supply products matching the agreed specifications within the customer contract. Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery before removing tags or using the item, and notify the Seller of any manufacturing defects within 60 days. You must provide defect evidence including photos of the tagged product and close-up shots of the fault. If damage occurs after tag removal, wear or cleaning, the Seller may request additional supporting documentation such as care instructions. Where a manufacturing defect is proven, Dutch Warranty Law applies, and both parties will negotiate a mutually acceptable resolution. Customers agree to fully comply with all evidence and information requests from the Seller.

The Seller will not be held responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from this contract. Total direct compensation the Seller is legally obligated to pay will never exceed the full purchase price of your order. All liability for Website access and use is governed by these Terms of Use.

The Seller is not liable for delivery delays or fulfilment failures caused by uncontrollable external events, including pandemics, war, civil unrest, riots, national mourning, labour strikes, transport breakdowns, trade limits, customs hold-ups, fire, flood, earthquakes, third-party bankruptcy, supplier failure, utility outages and other major business disruptions.

The Seller takes reasonable steps to maintain accurate, up-to-date Website content but offers no formal guarantee of absolute correctness.

All Website browsing and usage happens entirely at your own risk. Neither the Seller nor any third parties involved in creating the Website are liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages resulting from Website access or use.

All content is provided “as-is” without express or implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions prohibit excluding implied warranties, so these disclaimers may not fully apply to you. We are not liable for computer damage or malware infections caused by Website browsing or downloaded files.

All messages, data, questions, comments and suggestions you send to the Website are treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. We may freely use these submissions for reproduction, disclosure, publication, broadcast and all other business purposes. We may utilise all ideas, concepts and technical knowledge within your submissions to develop, produce and sell new goods and services.
